The OD-4000 is an 11" (A4) open-ended punch that features
the EZ operator changeable dies. With a punching paper capacity
of 17 sheets of 20 lb. (80 gsm) bond and a very reasonable price,
this punch makes manual punches obsolete. Dies are available in
all of the standard hole patterns such as plastic comb, plastic
spiral, Velobind®*, wire loop, square and round. With a full
year's warranty, this is the BIG little punch
at a bargain price.

The OD-4012 accepts 7 HD style interchangeable
binding modules
for flexible space saving and punch & bind combinations.
It has the E-Z Change Die System, and
comes with both a manual and an auto-reversing feature
that prevents jams. The OD 4012 uses 11" (A4) size
dies with open sides for wider sheet punching capability.
OD
4800 & OD 4000 dies and modules work on the OD 4012,
adding additional useful life to existing equipment. It
has easy "Paper to Pin" sight alignment, for
balanced hole to edge margins on odd-sized applications
and features our unique Punch Registration System that
assures accurate margins on an 11" (A4) sheet regardless
of which die is used. Punching capacity rated at 25 sheets
of 20 lb bond, equal to 50 pages front and back on any
hole pattern.

The OD-4800 is a 11" (A4) size manual punch featuring
two bolt release, easy change die system. Easily disengage any
pin. Changes from coil to wire loop, coil, etc. are routine,
easy functions, and dies from the OD 4000 electric punch are compatible.
Rated at 10 to 12 sheets of 20 lb. (80 gsm) bond paper, or 20 to
24 pages front and back (depending on hole pattern) it is open
ended for wider jobs. This punch comes with your choice of one
of eleven standard dies and the OD 4800 will also accept the combo
binding modules. With a one year warranty on both punch and die
it becomes the "Swiss Army Knife of manual punching".

The HD 8000 offers a 14" (356mm) legal size capacity and closes
books from 3/16" to 1-1/4" thick (5mm to 32mm). The settings for wire sizes are
fast and accurate, providing a significant savings on wire costs:
wire that is spoiled during the set-up and adjustment of competitive
closers. An available optional wire hanger attaches to the HD 8000
and holds the wire in position to hang punched sheets onto the
double loop wire.

The HD 4170 "Rhin-O-Roll" Coil Inserter
Module has
12" dual powered adjustable rollers for easier more accurate
coil insertion. It has gauges for book thickness and coil sizing.
The HD 4170 can be used as a stand-alone production coil inserter
or it can be attached on any OD or HD Series machine. All pitches
and diameters can be inserted using it. The HD 4170 comes with
a crimper pliers holder. It is shown here mounted on the OD 4012.

The HD 8370 Insert-A-Bind wire inserter/closer mounts to OD 4000,
OD 4012, OD 4800, HD 6500, HD 7000 & HD 7700 punches. It inserts
and closes in one easy step, eliminating manual insertion of wire
into documents. The HD 8370 is easily adjustable for varying sizes.

The Plastic Spiral inserter will bind books up to
1-1/8" (28mm) thick using coil diameter up to 1-1/4" (32mm). The
OD-4300 provides electric coil inserting and features our patented
Lexan Guide for easier insertion of all coils, particularly in
books 9/16" (14mm) thick and up. The unit will handle coil lengths
from 6" to 36" (152mm - 914mm), providing you with more flexibility
for large jobs and calendars. The unit attaches to the right side
of the Combo binding station or OD-4000/4800 using two wing nuts
for easy installation. The OD 4300 is shown attached to the OD
4012.

Pics-A-Lift will forever change the way your customers look at

with our APES-14 module, "hands on" punching control
virtually eliminates mis-punched sheets, thereby allowing the numbered
page jobs usually excluded from automatic punching. In our initial
tests, the Pics-A-Lift / APES-14 combo has outperformed many of

of their initial cost. The system offers flexibility enough to
handle index tabs, clear covers, over-sized covers and paper sizes
from 8.5" X 5.5" (140mm X 140mm) up to 8.5" X 14" (355mm
